Creating a new Project Administrator role
To add a new Project Administrator role:
- Open the Instance Administration Console.
- Click Project Administrator Roles (Manage Administrator Roles group).
- Click the New icon (Manage Items group).

In the Project Administrator Role pane, enter the name of your role in the Name field.
Enter a description in the Description field so you know what privileges you are selecting when you assign the instance administrator role.
- In the Role Privileges list, select the privileges you want the administrator role to have.
- Click Save.
